Fidelity cable modem customers whose accounts are past due or suspended will now see notifications in their browser window.
The new Perftech system allows Fidelity to notify customers if their accounts are past due or suspended for non-payment, using full screen messaging and drop down banners.
A full screen message will go out to suspended non-pay cable modem internet customers. When a suspended customer’s services are shut down, they will not have access to the Internet, but will see an information screen when they open a browser on an Internet-connected device.
The screen will instruct them how to pay their past due bill in full and avoid further interruption of service, either through online bill pay at www.fidelitycommunications.com/billpay or by phone at 1-800-392-8070.
