Fidelity Communications Company is a holding company based in Sullivan, Missouri, for 13 subsidiary companies: Fidelity Telephone Co., Fidelity Long Distance, Fidelity Networks, Fidelity Cablevision, Fidelity Systems Plus, Fidelity Broadcasting, Fidelity Energy Resources, Fidelity Communications International, Cellutel, Fidelity Communication Services I, II and III, and Fidelity Solutions, Inc. Fidelity Communications Company is privately held by the John T. Davis family and employs approximately 300 people.
Fidelity Telephone Company
Fidelity Telephone Co. serves Sullivan, Missouri, and many of its neighboring communities. Fidelity utilizes SS7 signaling and is interconnected via a SONET-based fiber optic network to the Sullivan tandem switch. A Lucent 5ESS host/remote switching platform was installed in 1996. Services available to Fidelity Telephone subscribers include local internet access, ISDN, Centrex, CLASS services, custom calling services, voice mail and wide band distribution.
Fidelity Long Distance, Inc.
Fidelity Long Distance provides long distance service to all Fidelity Telephone Company subscribers. Fidelity Long Distance provides intra-lata (within the 573, 314, 636 and a portion of the 618 area codes), intrastate (within the state), interstate (state-to-state) and International calling services. Fidelity Long Distance gives customers many billing choices: Direct Dial (time-of-day) rates and flat rate calling plans.
Fidelity Networks, Inc.
Fidelity Networks, Inc. provides local Internet access to all Fidelity telephone exchanges, in addition to many other communities throughout Missouri.
Fidelity Cablevision
Fidelity Cablevision began offering cable television service to the community of Rolla in 1992. Since that time, Fidelity has expanded it television service to include a digital television alternative. It has also extended it service area to include Sullivan, Owensville, Gerald, New Haven, Spring Bluff, Strain, Japan, Salem, Lebanon and surrounding towns in Missouri. Plus, Fidelity has stepped outside Missouri to offer television services in Lawton, Oklahoma. Fidelity currently provides basic television service, digital television service, and high speed cable modem Internet access to these communities over a state-of-the-art Fiber fed Coax terminated system.
Fidelity Systems Plus
Fidelity Systems Plus provides sales, installation and service of telephone equipment for businesses and residences in and around Fidelity telephone and cable service areas. Systems Plus also provides public telephone service in and around Fidelity service areas.
Fidelity Broadcasting
Fidelity Broadcasting owns the KTUI 102.1 FM and KTUI 1560 AM radio stations located in Sullivan, Missouri. The stations were purchased in 1997.
Cellutel, Inc.
Cellutel is a 50-50 partner with CingularTM in ownership of a cellular telephone system for RSA's 11 and 12, serving eleven counties in Central Missouri.
Fidelity Communications I
Fidelity Communications I was formed in June of 2000 as a competitive local exchange carrier. After serving the telecommunications needs of Missouri for over 60 years, Fidelity decided to bring that expertise to homes and businesses within the city limits of Rolla, Missouri. The latest in switching equipment, Lucent Technology's 5ESS, is housed in the Rolla business office and powers the local telephone service. Other services available include local Internet access, ISDN, CLASS services, custom calling services, voicemail, and wide band distribution.

Fidelity Communications International, Inc. was created to pursue the development of cable television and telephony services in Europe, Central America and South America.
Fidelity Solutions, Inc.
Fidelity Solutions, Inc. (FSI) was created in 2006 to fill the consumer demand for alternative, competitive phone and television services. FSI specializes in providing Managed Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and video product suites to other service providers.
