Community Donation Request

Fidelity is committed to the communities we serve. We invest not only dollars, but also volunteer time and technology to area schools, parks, clubs, sports teams and charitable organizations throughout our service areas. Many of our employees volunteer their personal time and resources, and are important civic leaders making their communities stronger. As Fidelity continues to provide the latest communications technology, we understand that remaining involved in our communities is important.

Fidelity fulfills hundreds of donation requests each year in addition to many corporate sponsored events in our area. If you would like to submit a request for your event or organization, please complete the donation request form below.

Requests are reviewed on a bi-weekly basis. Please send requests at least four weeks prior to when you need notification of Fidelity's decision. Each request will receive a letter or email from Fidelity stating whether the request has been accepted or declined. Our donation program demonstrates our strong commitment to the communities and organizations that enhance the quality of life in our service area. We look forward to being a part of the projects you plan in the future.
