Fidelity names Darrick Collier to head Arkansas Systems
SULLIVAN, MISSOURI, August 13, 2014—Darrick Collier, a U.S. Air Force veteran, has been named General Manager of Fidelity Communications' Arkansas systems, the company has announced.
Collier is one of three general managers Fidelity Communications recently named to consolidate its markets in Missouri, Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana under the leadership of a dedicated manager in each state. Darrick will be responsible for systems serving Beebe, AR and the Little Rock markets, including Benton, Maumelle, Alexander, Bryant, Haskell, Hensley, North Little Rock, Mabelvale, Pulaski and Shannon Hills.
"I want to make sure we have a customer-centric culture and do everything possible to enhance the customer experience," Collier said. "We should do more than just serve the customer; we should create a good experience so that Fidelity is the provider of choice in our market."
Darrick has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
"I plan to be an impact player on the Fidelity team," Collier said. "I will ensure we do everything necessary to grow our Arkansas market."
Prior to joining the Fidelity team, Darrick spent seven years in the U.S. Air Force, advancing to Branch Chief at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. He also held the position of Technical Operations Manager at a Department of Defense agency.
