Fidelity is moving the Marshall, TX, system to a new cable TV lineup starting at midnight 9/24
Fidelity is excited to announce we are switching to our new and improved cable lineup tonight at midnight. You will notice channel outages during the process, but all channels should be in place and working by 10 AM TUESDAY morning. If you experience problems with any channels after that time please call 1-855-262-7434.
If you are an HD customer, you will need new boxes to continue viewing any existing or new HD networks. Please call 1-855-262-7434 to schedule your free HD box installation, or bring your boxes into Fidelity’s office between 8 am and 5 pm starting Thursday, September 27. If you swap out your HD boxes at our office, we’ll give you a $10 bill credit! Watch your mailbox for details on super-fast Internet coming soon!
