Dear Valued Fidelity Customer,
Fidelity is excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new E-Mail platform. We have heard your suggestions and greatly appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to understand our customers' needs and provide reliable services that exceed your expectations. We have identified and selected a new provider to transition our E-Mail services to and regret having to change your email service again so quickly, but could not continue to move forward with the current provider.
We fully believe that the new E-Mail platform will meet your expectations and provide a solution that is easy to use. As part of our identification process, Fidelity has transitioned over 1,000 accounts to the system in an effort to test the capabilities and stability. Based on feedback and testing results, we assure you the platform is going to serve your E-Mail needs.
We are confident that you will find the new solution provides a better user experience, improved spam filtering and greater reliability.
Similar to our initial migration, we will need you to complete a few steps to transition your E-Mail account to the new system. The steps are outlined below.
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are excited to begin offering you a new E-Mail solution in the very near future!
Our Sincerest Thanks and Appreciation,
The time has expired to initiate your self-migration. If you have failed to complete your e-mail migration between the dates of December 1, 2015 and January 18, 2016, you will need to contact for Helpdesk for further assistance. Thank you.
Beginning on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, you will need to alter your client settings on your PC and/or Mobile Devices. Settings are available here: Click Here for Complete Settings
Your e-mail contacts will not transfer automatically. Customer action is required. Instructions are available here: Click Here for Instructions to Migrate Contacts
Beginning December 1st, your new email will be delivered into the new inbox on our new service. After completing Step 1 above, and until December 1st, Fidelity will be transferring your existing email into the new system. However, after December 1st, some existing emails in the old HyperOffice system may take up to two weeks to completely transfer to the new service. We thank you in advance for your patience. You will be able to access these old emails if they haven't transferred yet by using the HypeOffice webmail located at http://portal.hyperoffice.us/
All e-mail will transfer except for the Spam folder currently used on the Hyperoffice Mail system.
