Nobody likes unexpected repair bills. That's why Fidelity offers Inside Wire Maintenance service. With Inside Wire Maintenance, when a problem occurs in your home or business, you're covered.
Fidelity maintains the telephone wiring outside the home or business up to the demarcation, at no charge, as part of its basic service. Maintaining the wiring inside the home or business is the customer's responsibility, unless he subscribes to Fidelity's Inside Wire plan.
By subscribing to Inside Wire Maintenance, the customer will receive all the following services, if needed:

Diagnosis of inside phone wiring by a trained professional.

Complete analysis of your phone service problem.

Repairs to inside wiring.
Fidelity Inside Wire Maintenance is billed to your telephone or cable account each month.
To subscribe to Inside Wire Maintenance service, the phone lines must not be part of a telephone system, such as PBX or key system. Inside Wire Maintenance does not cover repair of inside wiring due to natural disasters such as flood, wind and earthquake; riot and acts of war; fire; total destruction by fire; wiring that does not meet Fidelity's installation practices or technical standards or is not in satisfactory working condition; gross negligence; willful damage; and/or vandalism.
