Telephone service is an essential part of a home. Fidelity understands the need to have access to it. Therefore, Fidelity offers Link Up Missouri/Lifeline services to eligible low-income residential households. Link Up Missouri/Lifeline are government assistance programs that provide discounted installation and reduced monthly rates on single line residential phone service.
To be eligible, a household must be receiving benefits from at least one of the following:

Link Up Missouri/Lifeline and Disabled plan benefits are only applicable on one phone line at the customer's place of residence. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Some service restrictions apply.
