Fidelity Invests $7.5 million to Upgrade Saline and Pulaski County Networks
July 7, 2020 - Shannon Hills, AR - Fidelity Communications began construction this month on a $7.5 million upgrade to improve its robust, fiber-rich network to Saline and Pulaski County. This project will further strengthen the reliability of Fidelity's high-speed internet service, while also preparing for the future connectivity needs of its customers.
Work for these improvements will begin this month and is expected to last through April 2021. This upgrade covers 520 miles and will add an additional 44 miles of coax cable and 87 miles of fiber to the company's plant.

The company anticipates the possibility of brief, intermittent service interruptions during construction. Advance notification will be sent to customers prior to work being conducted in their area.
