Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Use of the Fidelity Communications Co. Internet services constitutes an agreement to Fidelity's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This policy is designed to provide a basic set of rules and guidelines to follow while using Fidelity's Internet Services. Fidelity retains the right to modify the AUP at any time and any such modification shall be automatically effective.
Both Congress and the FCC impose strict requirements on telephone companies about how they can use CPNI information and the measures required to protect such information from disclosure. The law also prohibits the unauthorized sale or transfer of confidential phone records or the purchase or receipt of such information with knowledge that it was obtained fraudulently or without authorization. Fidelity Communications has taken measures to protect all of our customers’ CPNI and is in full compliance with these laws.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act
Fidelity Communications Co. is dedicated to complying with the U.S. copyright law and requires all our subscribers read and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding Third-Party Content. This Act provides recourse for owners of copyrighted material who believe that their rights under U.S. copyright law have been infringed on the Internet by making written notification.

Open Internet Policy (Net Neutrality)
Fidelity has adopted network management practices, performance characteristics, and commercial terms and conditions for its broadband Internet access services in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC's) Open Internet Framework requirements (GN Docket No. 09-191 and WC Docket No. 07-52). These practices, characteristics, terms and conditions are intended to help preserve the Internet as an open framework that enables consumer choice, freedom of expression, end-user control, competition, and freedom to innovate without permission, while permitting the Company to manage its network reasonably.
