WHAT IS MESH WIFI?
Mesh WiFi is a WiFi system that covers your entire home to avoid dead zones. A traditional router broadcasts the WiFi signal from one point, whereas mesh WiFi systems have multiple access points.
IS THE SETUP REALLY THAT SIMPLE?
There are just a few simple steps to get you set up. It takes about 10-15 minutes to set up your eero WiFi router. You can find more information and helpful videos on how to set up your device on our support article or download the How-to Set Up Guide.
Do I need to pay extra to manage my network on the app?
Although there are some additional features you can add for a monthly fee, using the eero mobile app is free.
Here are some of the things you can do on the app free of charge:

Will a larger home receive good coverage?
Wall-to-Wall WiFi will come with one eero router, which works well for a home up to 2,000 sq. feet. For a larger home or homes with multiple floors you can easily lease an Additional Access Point from Sparklight to extend your range.
Every home WiFi network is susceptible to wireless interference. Many sources of wireless interference can originate from within or outside the home; this can cause issues maintaining a connection to the wireless network and can also affect the speed of the wireless connection. Wireless performance cannot be guaranteed due to the many variables in homes that can affect wireless connections (learn more about what affects wireless connections). Wall-to-Wall WiFi comes with a single unit eero Pro 6E router, which covers up to 2,000 square feet in ideal conditions. Performance will vary based on environmental factors. Coverage throughout the home can be expanded with an Additional Access Point.
