For existing customers with Accession Communicator: MaX UC is a rebrand of the Accession Communicator solution with some basic updates.

• To upgrade Accession Communicator for Mobile on iOS or Android, please search the appropriate app store for "MaX UC" or "Accession Communicator". The app should populate, with "UPDATE" as an option instead of install.
• If you have Accession Communicator for Desktop installed, when you open Accession Communicator you should receive an alert that there is an update available. Once you accept and install the update, you will be upgraded to MaX UC. You may need to repin the app to your taskbar if you have it pinned once the update is complete.
