Fidelity Statement Supporting
a Free and Open Internet

In light of the national debate regarding net neutrality, we want to take a moment to let our customers know that Fidelity supports net neutrality provisions for an Open Internet.

What is Net Neutrality?

Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers treat all data on the Internet the same, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or method of communication.

As a provider of broadband internet service in more than 200 communities across the U.S., we've always been committed to an Open Internet that gives you the freedom to be in charge of your online experience. And that will not change.
