Frank Wilson Promoted to Technical Operations Supervisor
January 14, 2019 – Fidelity Communications is pleased to announce that Frank Wilson has been promoted to Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Supervisor. Frank has earned his Master installer certification from NCTI. His previous experience as a telecommunications technician and electrician will benefit Fidelity and his team.
As Tech Ops Supervisor, Frank will be responsible for coordinating projects with other departments within the company, providing facility requirements and forecasting growth. He will be instrumental in plans to offer new services and upgrades to existing services.

Frank's previous expertise as a residential and business Installation & Repair Technician will be valuable as he trains and works with technicians in Fidelity's Arkansas service areas. This knowledge will also be important as he works with Fidelity's Network Operation Center on maintenance, repairs and upgrades to our plant.
