Fidelity Email Retirement

Effective Nov. 18, 2024, Fidelity Communications will no longer offer residential or business email service. Email addresses are being retired in two phases. The first phase concluded Sept. 10, 2024. Any remaining email accounts provided by Fidelity will be permanently deactivated effective Nov. 18, 2024. As a result, your email accounts provided by Fidelity (@fidnet.com; @fidmail.com; @cobridge.tv; or @cobridge.biz) will need to be transitioned to a new email provider before Nov. 18, 2024. This change will have no impact on your internet, TV or phone service with Fidelity.
