Basic Troubleshooting Tips
- Shut down your computer.
- Unplug your router (if you have one).
- Unplug your cable modem.
- Plug in the cable modem and wait for the cable modems lights to lock in.
- Plug in the router and wait for all the lights to sync on it.
- Turn on your computer.
- Check for connectivity to the Internet.
- Please reboot your computer at least once a day.
